How to protect your leather and preserve its quality, appearance and character over time.
Natural leather ages beautifully when it is properly maintained. Regular cleaning and protection help preserve its colour, softness, surface and durability over time.
The most important rule is simple: use products intended for the specific type of leather and always test them first on a small, hidden area.
Protect from sunlight and heat
Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight or direct heat can cause drying, fading and changes in colour.
Act quickly on stains
Remove fresh dirt as soon as possible. Avoid letting liquids or stains remain on the surface for long periods.
Avoid aggressive chemicals
Do not use solvents, alcohol, acetone, nail polish remover, turpentine or other strong cleaning agents. They may permanently damage the finish.
Do not scrub
Avoid intense rubbing in one spot. Gentle, even cleaning helps protect the surface and colour.
Test before use
Before applying any cleaner or care product to the whole surface, test it in an inconspicuous area and check the result.
